Evening all...

I know I should have put these up before the first round of matches really, but f**k it! For what it's worth, here's my final table prediction and a few others too.

1. Red Jackets Eagles - Form is temporary, class is permanent!

2. Tyacks Pythons

3. White Hart Bulls *

4. Redruth R.B.L Sharks * Depending on exactly who is signed on. May just snatch 3rd.

5. White Hart Stags

6. Lounge Bar Leopards

7. Illogan R.B.L

8. Grenville Arms

9. Tyacks Typhoons

10. Bye - Obviously a crap team, they never take too many points.

Apologies, I have no idea who plays for any of the teams from 7th down, so pure guesswork there I'm afraid. Will put up some more predictions in a while if I can be arsed.

Please note that a couple of the comments below are made with tongue firmly in cheek!

1. Tyacks Pythons to have a great start/middle and to be in with a shout fairly late on before imploding and plummeting like an elephant from the Eiffel Tower.

2. Red Jackets Eagles to have a few hairy moments (and not just Jamie's chin), possibly lose a match to the Typhoids but still win the league by a fair few points.

3. White Hart Bulls-hit to talk up their chances of winning the league before giving up part way through, throwing a huuuggee gay strop and saying they don't want to win it anyway, and it doesn't matter as they's still beat the Eagles on a Thursday/Sunday (delete as applicable) because they win those leagues all the time and they're the best. So nerrrr!

4. Eagles to fly high and dominate the aggregates along with the singles/team comps.

5. Redruth R.B.L Sharks not easy meat and will surprise a few teams.

6. The Leopards will prove they can't change their spots as more mid-table mediocrity beckons.

7. Paulo Geegee to make an appearance for a minimum of 6 different teams in the league. None of whom will understand him. Obvious to even the most amateur psychologist that he has a latent desire to play for the Eagles again, but hides it under a mask of mockery and ridicule?!

8. Mr Lane will lose money to Clifty et al on bets invlolving the Eagles winning the league/competitions... But will make it back with bets involving the other Eagles - Crystal Palace!

Well Paulo is signed on for the Tyacks Typhoons (along with Mrs McGuire and Mr Bowden) so that's another team added to his CV! Rumour has it that Leon insisted on signing McGuire and Bowden as well so they can be Paulo's translator! Even better is that we get to face them tomorrow so it's always a pleasure to see the norther monkey! As for the bets with Mr Lane, unless the Bulls win the league, he'll be quite a bit out of pocket with me and even the mighty Palace can't lose me that much money!
