On monday night the next round of the doubles commence and here are my predictions= LANE/ DURANT v CLIFT/ BURROWS=A tight match with plenty of tactics and some serious pool,but i fancy Clifty/Burrows to come through it with a 3-2 win!Sorry Alex&dan.

GOLDSWORTHY/BULL v BARTLE/ROBINSON=I think this match will be quick and i can't see anything but a win for the red jacket pair!3-0.

SAUNNDRY/MOYLE v O'MAHONY/EDDY=Now this one will be very intresting to watch espcially with moyler involved!!!Both of these will fancy getting through to the next round and it is such a tight call between the pairing that only a few chances will present themselves and who ever takes them will win.3-2-just to O'MAHONY/EDDY.

THOMAS/KINSEY v MURPHY/ASH= Ricky&scott had a good win last week but this is where their adventure ends!! Sorry Boys but its a 3-0 to MURVAISH/ASHEY.

If only your predictions came true mr murvaish we got whipped i think i potted 2 balls in 3 frames and my partner wasn't much better. Well done lewis and mark a well deserved 3-0 win !

as for ref'ing the semi finals i'm afraid i won't be there as i'm playing a rearranged match for the penwith league. but i will be there for the final this time !

I would like to say bad luck to my fellow team mates Lewis and moyler for loseing thier semi final match against ashey and myself.It was not the best night of pool except the 3rd frame when ashey and myself had an 8 ball clearence from ashey break.Unluckey lads!!!! Now as for the final i think it will be a cracking night of pool.Clifty and burrows will go in to this match as hot favourites and many people will put thier hard earned cash on them to win(ask laner the bookie for the latest odds)but ashey and myself like to go in to the final with the under dog tag and all the pressure will be on the red jacket pair! Mystic Murvaish was a bit out on this one although i'm not ruling out a voodoo curse being put on Rod and i! Well played to the victors though and the scoreline could've been even more one-sided. No arguments, unfortunately the better pair won on the night...shame!

Well done Mssrs. Murphy and Ash, sounds like a convincing win. Mystic Murphs, your prediction let you down in the final... But I'm sure you'll take it!

Anyway, I suppose at least it guarantees WH 'A' a winners trophy on presentation night!!!

It always shows good character in a player who is gracious in defeat and can acknowledge a fellow player.I got to admit my prediction for the final was a little out but im more than happy with the result! I think the turning point in the game was the black mr clift missed in the 5th frame which i never thought he would miss in a million years but the easy balls are sometimes the ones we miss most as we take the shot for granted.I have also seen mr burrows play alot better too!!!Ashey and myself played some good pool on the night and really enjoyed the challange from the red jacket pair.

Now the doubles are out of the way its time to turn our attention to the team knockout. These are mystic murvaishs predictions=

White hart 'A' v Tyacks 'A'= White hart will be out to put the record straight with them missing out on the runners-up slot to tyacks.I predicit 8-5 to the White hart warriors!

New inn v Brittania=This one could go any way! It also depends if the new inn turn up with a side!! I predict a 8-6 win for the brittania.

Tuckingmill tigers v Red jacket eagles=Now as we all know playing down at tuckingmill is a test in its own and the tigers will fancy thier chances on thier own table,but i feel the eagles will have too much fire power for the tigers and can only see a win for the eagles!!!!8-3 win to the eagles.
