Not as mean-spirited as the title suggests (hopefully) and I know it's a long way to go but how about taking the points difference from the end of this season's final standings and using them as a basis for a second league table for next season?
About as accurate as measuring a melon with a golf ball but could be a bit of novelty value in it - e.g seeing who does better/worse, closes the gap on others, predictions based on the handicap table etc. Oh, and in case you hadn't guessed then yes, I am bored...

That explains your start to this season then - you obviously wanted to help our handicap for next season...it all becomes clear now and there was me thinking you'd lost the plot! (obviously i was aware of the handicap idea over the last few weeks which explains my losses as well!?!)
