If there are any women pool players out there who wish to trial for the County ladies team then please note that the trials are on Sunday 21st January at the Q Bar in Bodmin. Registration is at 10.30am with an 11am start. It is envisaged that the trials will take approximately two hours. As per the Jolly's Camborne-Redruth Premier Pool League, the EPA (world) rules apply. Just to warn any interested parties, i'm afraid if you do qualify then you'll have to put up with travelling to away games on the bus with myself, robbie roy and garry potter...you have been warned!

Hiya Jo! I'm not going to go for it, i just don't fancy the travelling if and thats if i did get in, i'm happy just playing on Tuesdays and Wednesdays! Thank you very much for offering a lift though, and I wish you all the luck, go up there a kick butt, show them what your made of!

Go on Miss M, give it a go! There's not that much travelling, there's only 10 games a year and 5 of those are in Bodmin. Just give the trials a bash and if you do get in then decide if you want to play then.

i agree! I dont hold out any hope of actually getting in but it will be good experience to see how i get on and what the standard is like. if you change your mind and want to go for the "fun" of it then adam has my number.
