Mr clift sir i have spoken to mr knuckey about the best of the best match between both of the leagues and he is very intrested in the idea.He said he will get in contact with you to discuss and arrange what format to play and have it as a home and away tie.I recommended we play 2x 8 singles and 4x doubles.If the match is tied then the captains have a play off match.While im on here mr dave m when i said the oxford was a weak side it was not ment too disrespect the players who play there. All i ment is that the standard has dropped around the cam/red district over the years and if the teams eg.redruth rbl,illogan rbl,brittania inn and the old st day side,red jackets and white hart were in the league then i dont belive the oxford would be even close,but you can only beat what is put in front of you.Sorry if my comments affended you sir.Look forward to locking horns with you in the winter.

Did he say anything about the presentation for winter league and previous seasons? I would pester him myself but he is impossible to get hold of and I'm too busy playing pool on wednesdays to catch up with him at the railway club.

Im sorry but Mr knuckey did not discuss with me about the presentation of the past winter league and previous seasons before when i asked him.I keep having people asking me when i see Mr knuckey ask him where our trophys are,but without sounding offish its not up to me to chase him on this matter.I will mention it again to Mr knuckey for you but i belive you would get a better responce from him regarding this matter.

Not pestering for past trophies, I think a lot of people in this league gave up on the outstanding ones but I still believe Simon intends to keep his promise and give those out too. It's more the presentation of last years trophies, I am still a committee member of the winter league and last I knew the presentation was going to be in August. I keep trying his mobile, might have to try track him down in person though.
