My i suggest trevenson quit pool and take up tiddley-winks, rules cant be as difficult for them.

Paulo, Paulo, Paulo, unlike you to be controversial! Anyway, from reading little Dave's post, it does sound like an eventful night between Trevenson and Cricket Club! As i wasn't there i can't really comment on the night but i do believe that there's a bit of history between the two sides with some of the Cricket Club previously playing at Trevenson. Anyway shame to hear it didn't go well and in hindsight, it probably would've been better to put the trebles at the start of the evening as, with the mix of alcohol (or without in Garry Potter's case!), i can imagine it may get slightly confusing who's go it is next. As for tiddlywinks, is there any truth in the rumour that you used to captain the Yorkshire tiddlywinks side who were National County Champions from 1969-73???

I expect that game could be too taxing for them also. Sorry for the rant but I went out for a nice evening of pool, I have no adverse history with the Trevenson side, or club itself and I felt that our whole side was unfairly treated, even players who were playing their first pool match.

No matter what history there has been, it's a bloody pool league in Cornwall. No prize money, we're just playing for fun and personal pride. Yes we take the pool seriously but we play pool to the rules, let our opposition play their shots without heckling. If I have to endure many more shameful experiences like last week I shall sit in and watch the drivel on sky instead. Cmon, someones gotta play up now just to get me to quit!!! :P
