laner i understand ur decision of playing your loyal six but that wont win u the league as u have finished 31 points behind first. surely the best thing to do is have a trial between everyone then the one with the worst record would have to sit on the bench. The way i understand it, is that yuo have to lose all your matches in a night to be dropped-technically i might not play to mid june! my bum would have piles by then!!! :-)

Last season mate, someone lost 2 frames in one night and I think if i remember rightly they reinstated the next week coz someone else had 2 in the same night. I'm up for your idea thou' a sort of play-off to make the side and if I'm the one on the bench then so be it. I know I'll get my chance... Oh yeah looks like our Quadro league venue might have to be White Hart mate, Cricket Club are shut on Tuesdays in the Summer. Here come "THE MESSIAHS"

Well, if the standard of the Tuesday league this season is anything to go by then your biggest concern will be who tops the individual aggregates!! Can't see you winning it even being an issue unless another new team with some quality players join.
In fairness the top division isn't a bad standard and I do like the 4 singles idea, playing everyone on the night. Anyway, good luck lads, sure you'll do fine and enjoy it.

Yeah cheers. I don't think any of us are bothered which league we play in, just something different than snooker for myself and Biggy anyway. Looking forward to it though. Should be a good crack. I've only played once in Quadro League and yeah thought the alternate 4 singles was good + visiting teams you don't normally play.
