More commercialised than Christmas, price of flowers etc all but doubled, restaurants fully booked weeks beforehand, people upset when they don't receive any cards/presents/loving adoration.
We all know it's a right royal rip-off but mostly make the effort anyway, cos we want to impress, or say sorry, or breathe life into a flagging relationship, or receive a favour, or blah de blah de blah, the list goes on.
But saying that, if any young ladies are reading this site (or just women, we aren't a fussy lot) then please send any cards/presents/underwear/ photos of yourselves to c/o Red Jackets Pool Team, Camborne. I'm sure we will 'make use' of whatever you send!! ;-)

What the hell are you on about Gerbil??? I think it's only right that i name and shame the player who'll be missing from the Red Jackets line-up tonight and that is none other than Gerbil (aka Mr Jory). You spout all that stuff about Valentines Day being commercialised and yet you're missing a pool match for it - now what's that all about!?! Having said that, i'm sure you'll have a good time out with Mrs Gerbil but don't forget to think of me...because she will be!!! Inovite does make a fair point although you can combine women and pool just ask Mr Prigg - he's taking Mrs Prigg for a romantic evening in Trevenson SC...now that is love!

Not the first time I've spouted bo**ocks and surely not the last mate! The point is that YES, I did mention Valentine's day being commercialised but YES, again I am one of those aforementioned suckers who is caving in to it! Still doesn't make the whole thing right, just makes me a sucker!! But at least a quality player is taking my place tonight hey?!
