My 24 hours silence is not due to the attempt to commit suicide after our defeat but purely not having access to a PC yesterday.
Anyway. Congrats to Red Jackets for their win over us on Wed night. My next stat will prove some what the reason why we lost and the reason RJ's won. As a non-playing member of the team on the night I thought it would be interesting to record how many chances (for both sides) were bottled, fluffed or missed (however you wanna put it). So... White Hart had 10 chances to win frames and took 5. Red Jackets on the other hand had 11 chances and took 10. I must state thought that from the 15 frames played Red Jackets got to black before a White Hart player on 1 occasion.
My theory... don't miss a chance and don't get to the black 1st if you're not confident, although don't take my word on that as you might find they take their 1st chance.
Well done anyway.

With regards to us taking 10 of our 11 chances, does that total include me blowing it in my opening singles twice and then the complete lash up in my doubles, not to mention Gerbil's black? Also, you say that out of the 15 frames, we got to the black first once which strikes me as strange as i know for sure that Tris got to the black first in all his frames as did Biggy (even though the numpty didn't nominate in one of his frames). I take your point about the missed blacks though as there were a few unexpected misses.

Ok ok ok ok. You obviously watched with more interest than I did. My point being that we didn't take our chances, you did.
The one thing I did say to most our team is that your team may be used to more pressure situations than us, which could be the reason behind us bottling. As most of you play County, Vipers League etc. Our only pressure game is against Red Jackets in most leagues.

Mr Sooty sir, that bloke last night was indeed somewhat of a spanner but it livened the night up and both teams had a good laugh about it.
