Here are my odds for the league.

Due to white harts heartache last season i make them faviourites due to determination not skill!

White hart 3/1
Red jackets 4/1
CCC 100/1
Trickies 120/1
Waggoners 120/1
Others BAR 200/1

You make White Hart favourites because they lost the league last year??? That makes perfect sense to me!?! (I'm sure Mr Saundry won't like to hear that though as he enjoys the mind games of heaping the pressure on us!). Also in what looks to be a two-horse race now, you've given odds of 3/1 and 4/1? Come on Mr Tonkin, i thought you were a bet of a gambling expert in your youth? BUT if you are willing to take odds then i'll place a bet with you?

Thanks for that Mr Potter sir!?! I wouldn't say it's easy money. At the present moment in time i think that White Hart and Red Jackets have equal chance of winning the league BUT at odds of 4/1 then it's definitely worth a flutter! (i'm sure Mr Lane would be up for betting on his boys at 3/1 as well!). I think 3rd place could be quite interesting as well - for what it's worth i think Waggoners could claim that.

Given that in 8+ fields each way is paid on the first 3 home at a fifth of the odds (or a quarter), I'll have me some EW action on a couple of 120/1 plus shots please Mr Tonkin!
Clifty, have you thought about doing a league-wide prediction sheet for next year?? Like we did last year with the Vipers - everyone would put their predicted final league tables before the first match and stick a couple of quid in each. Anyone spot on gets the dough, or failing that nearest gets it going on the '2 points for spot on prediction, 1 point for 1 place out' rules.
Be a bit of fun and wouldn't be a bad kitty if you get enough people to do it...

Joseph i'm disgusted at your comments. Firstly the fact we can only win the league through determination and not skill and secondly 3/1 odds. Don't ever open a bookies, you'll be bankrupt within an hour pal!!!
if you're gonna do odds, it needs to be realistic like:-

Red Jackets Eagles - 2/5
White Hart A - 6/5
Tuckingmill - 3/1
Waggoners - 3/1
CCC - 6/1
Trevenson - 8/1... etc. etc

Mr Saundry sir, you are talking a lot of sense...which is surprising considering you play for White Hart!

I could say the same about you are your side but I wouldn't stoop so low!!!
