Oh Oh... It's good to be back Mr Clift Sir. Though a change of username was needed.
Not such a good result for us last night skip!!! Although no disrespect to Illogan RBL - the table was a nightmare. Anyway it's only week one and there's plenty of time make up for such slumps.

It's just like old times lads...hopefully we can keep the Red Jackets/White Hart rivalry going but i don't think that'll be too hard! Anyway, a win's a win so 9-6 isn't a bad start to the season for you lot. We went 2-0 down but came back to win 11-4 in the end although i think the scoreline flattered us BUT we'll take it! I see Tricky Dickies beat Waggoners Arms which is a cracking result as the Waggoners side have got a tidy team assembled there. Also the Victoria Van Men have a good side on paper and came back from 3-0 down to defeat the Tigers 9-6. I don't know much about the Trevenson side but they got off to a winning start, defeating White Hart B 9-6. Too early to read anything into the results though and i'm sure there'll be a few twists and turns for all teams along the way.

Thank you big al, I was pleased with my team last night I thought we put up a good fight against your strong side! Sorry the table wasn't at its best, but I am currently on the case to get that improved! Not sure about the european qualification but I will settle for 3rd or 4th in the league, i would be quite happy with that!

indifferent is a polite way to say shite in our case, 5 games blown on the black on wednesday. we also had an problem with one of the away team players not getting served....... which in turn led to the away team's captain being very rude to our bar staff (you know who you are!!!!!!!) But overall fair praise to the victoria they dug there heels in and pulled off a good win against the stuttering tigers. but look out white hart we will be back on song for you next week ;-)
